The Biljane Donje County Waste Collection and Management Center (WMC Biljane Donje) is situated to the north of Zadar city, spanning an area of 46 hectares. It serves as a crucial hub for waste collection from Zadar County and a portion of Lika-Senj County. The projected operational lifespan of the center is at least 30 years.

The Waste Management Center includes an administrative building, a recycling yard, and a transport center, a mechanical biological waste treatment plant capable of processing 88,000tons annually, a non-hazardous waste disposal area covering 12 hectares, along with a covered warehouse and facilities for treating wastewater and landfill gas, area dedicated to construction waste recycling and an inert waste landfill spanning 5.9 hectares, entrance and exit zones, infrastructure, internal roads within the WMC, and access roads.The company Texo Molior contributed to the construction of this facility by conducting reinforced concrete works on the mentioned buildings and premises, along with finishing works on the Administration Building and the Transport Center.
