Project details

We have made the reconstruction and adaptation of the existing building, under the protection of the conservation department, in the Cavtat old city core. Works of demolition, reinforcement of the structure, interlocking and roof construction, insulation works, repairs of facades and internal stone walls, finishing works and installation works, external sewerage and drainage, and final interior decoration works were carried out. With these works, we have transformed the building into a luxurious hotel with 10 rooms with ensuite bathrooms, reception, cellar and outdoor terrace.
