This project ensures the construction pit for the construction of the Small Mall Garage and Commercial Building in Split. The building itself is a freestanding multistory structure with a central atrium at the ground level.

The building has a floor count of G+5+Mez+GF+5. The construction pit securing project - Small Mall is an interesting structure in itself due to its location in the urban city zone of Split. The excavation depth from the finished ground ranges from 16-20 meters. Slope protection of the excavation is carried out using various technologies such as reinforced concrete piles, steel piles, micro piles, as well as self-drilling anchors and shotcrete.

During the execution of works, it is necessary to take care of neighboring buildings and ensure undisturbed coexistence of the surrounding population and traffic flow on nearby streets.
