Project details
In September 2021, the construction phase commenced with the drilling of reinforced concrete piles. By June 2022, a total of 131 reinforced concrete piles had been produced, including 11 with a diameter of 1200 mm and 120 with a diameter of 1000 mm.
Reinforced concrete curtains manufactured at a separate construction facility were installed on the reinforced concrete piles. With the installation of reinforced concrete curtains, the coastal wall of the project was structurally completed, and the prerequisites for laying the installations and forming the body of the future road were met. Looking at the cross-section of the Lapad coast project, it includes the construction of sidewalks, two traffic lanes, aparking lot, and walkways with a bicycle path. In the 850 m length of the road, storm water drainage, a new pressure pipeline, electrical installation and distribution telecommunication sewerage installations are being constructed.
The project includes a closed rainwater drainage system designed to collect rainwater from the road. The rainwater will be channeled through the ACO Multiblock grid and directed to a drain connected to the main rainwater collector. From there, the collected rainwater will flow through the separator and into the pre-pump shaft. Subsequently, it will be pumped into the sea using pressure pumps.
