Project details
We reconstructed and upgraded the existing building in Zvekovica. Earthwork, demolition work, reinforced-concrete and asphalting works, and water and drainage works were carried out. The property is located on a surface of 1.690m2, along the road with parking 1.900m2 and a storage space of 250m2. It has been rebuilt into the largest laundry in this area, with its office space, bathrooms and toilets, a space for oil and gas tanks, access to the road, and parking.
