In November 2017, we started the realization of the long-awaited project for the construction of Libertas Rixos hotel depot in Dubrovnik. In addition to the expansion of the accommodation capacities for the guests and the staff of the hotel it was necessary to provide additional parking places, so with the construction of the depadania started the realization of the garage project.

The Libertas Rixos Depadans Hotel is an armored concrete building with a total gross area of 3,961m2, which is connected to the main building by a steel bridge. There are 70 rooms with bathrooms on a total of seven floors. Vertical communication through the object was made with two personal elevators (for guests), one service elevator and one main and fire staircase. For the purpose of this project, new electrical installations, thermostructures, ViK installations and installation of sprinklers and fire alarms were established.

At the same time, with this demanding and extensive project, works were carried out on the garage building, reinforced with a concrete construction of a total gross area of 2.807m2 with a capacity of 56 parking places. The parking spaces are secured on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor, while the flat roof is partially walked and partially unsuitable. Vertical vehicle communication between individual floors is one-way while pedestrians are secured by elevator and stairway through all floors. As part of the construction of the garage, a complete new infrastructure of electrical installations, ViK installations and installation of sprinklers and fire alarms were also built. We performed the work in a record time, and fulfilled all contractual obligations.
