Project details

The project involves the construction of the main building - a three-aisle production-business hall with auxiliary facilities and accompanying amenities, as well as landscaping including horticulture, asphalt paving, and road infrastructure. The main building will house the production facility, finished product warehouse, and administration with all necessary amenities for both the production and administrative sectors.

One hall aisle is designated for the production of aluminum profiles-presses, the second aisle is allocated for the electrostatic painting line of aluminum profiles and storage of chemical products, while the third aisle is intended for finished product storage, powder coating storage, profile machining, space for profile assembly with interrupted thermal bridging, and carpentry. Several overhead cranes will be installed within the hall for production purposes.

A 450 kW solar power plant will be installed on the hall roof for self-consumption purposes.

The project also includes the construction of a 10(20)/0.4 kV substation for the subject facility, with consumption measurement at medium voltage for an expected maximum power of 2920 kW.

Auxiliary facilities and accompanying amenities include a compressor station, nitrogen tank, water treatment plant, underground tank for technological water, underground tank for environmental irrigation, well, weighbridge, and space for storing hazardous and non-hazardous waste.The total gross building area (GBP) including auxiliary facilities amounts to 15,182.41 m².
